Silly Remarks (2)
his is my favourite silly remark from the whole of
my BBC career. I was working in Control Room at the time, where among other gear
there was a panel for switching program circuits: to put up a circuit you had to
select a source (where it came from) and a route (where it was going
to).
I took over from someone and noticed that there was a circuit coming in but not going anywhere. 'What's this?' I asked. The chap I was taking over from said: 'Well, they only booked half of the circuit so I only put half of it up'. Posted: Fri - October 27, 2006 at 09:43 AM by Roger Wilmut |
